Vehicles fitted with Telematics showed a 22% reduction on CO2 with a 50-60% NOX reduction with an overall 12.4% fuel saving
• Reduced fuel costs
• Reduced CO2
• Reduction in NOX Levels
• Reduction in Noise Levels
Prior to fitting Magnoflo System 10 vehicles produced CO2 of 2037KG over a distance of 3074 miles an average of 0.66KG per mile. The latest data for the week to 5th Dec 2020 and the amount of CO2 produced was 849KG over a distance of 1652 miles which is an average of 0.51 KG per mile.
This means there has been a reduction of CO2 used of 22.7%
Exposure to CO2 can produce a variety of health effects. These may include headaches, dizziness, restlessness, a tingling or pins or needles feeling, difficulty breathing, sweating, tiredness, increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, coma, asphyxia, and convulsions. In addition it is a major cause of the greenhouse effect. As a greenhouse gas, excessive CO2 creates a cover that traps the sun's heat energy in the atmospheric bubble, warming the planet and the oceans. An increase in CO2 plays havoc with the Earth's climates by causing changes in weather patterns.
Prior to fitting Magnoflo System NOx readings were taken prior to fitting and then again after fitting at both low and high revs. There has been a significant reduction in NOx levels since fitting. NOx has direct and indirect effects on human health. It can cause breathing problems, headaches, chronically reduced lung function, eye irritation, loss of appetite and corroded teeth. Indirectly, it can affect humans by damaging the ecosystems they rely on in water and on land—harming animals and plants. Any reduction in these levels would have significant effect on both the environment and the people working within the vehicles environment.
