Council tests completed at Carmarthen

Due to successful trials, with an average 10% fuel saving on their refuse vehicles, Carmarthen Council have made their initial purchase. Mr Andrew Elkin, Fleet Manager, is highly delighted with the outcome of the trials and is proud to be the first Welsh council to fit Magno-flo units, not only for the fuel saving, but equally as important, for the reduction in the emissions/carbon footprint.
VOSA Accepts Magno-flo

We have now been advised that any vehicle having a Magno-flo fuel conditioning unit fitted will not be detained by VOSA because of this. VOSA have held vehicles with magnetic devices fitted on the premise that they are interfering with Tacographs. Having seen the Magno-flo unit installed on several vehicles, they agree that it is purely for fuel conditioning purposes and is totally accepted by them.
Leggat Plant becomes a Distributor

Leggat plant based at Barrhead have now become a distributor for sales and fitting of Magno-Flo and Magno-Truck fuel saving devices.
Kenny Esson, Workshop Manager for Leggat see's the inclusion of these products as vital to the companies enviromental ethic and can see the benefit to a lot of their own customers who use their garage services.
Total Reinstatement Stirling, fit to entire fleet

After successful trials with Magno-Flo, Total Reinstatement Services of Stirling decided to fit out their whole fleet. Managing Director, Brian Gillies says "We are on track to recover our financial outlay within approximately 7 weeks, thereafter achieving financial costs benefits."
