Can Magno-Flo™ be used on my gas boiler?
Magno-Flo™ units can be used on any carbon base fuel, although a new product, Magno-Heat™ is currently being developed and tested for this specific application.
What do I do if there is no change in the economy of my car?
Check your Air and Fuel Filters are not dirty and require replacing. After two to three weeks, depending on age and usage, your vehicles economy will improve and you will produce fewer emissions. We are very confident you will see improvements and are happy to offer you a 90 day money back guarantee to allow you to test the product.
My on board computer shows no change in economy?
This may be caused by your car having preset air mass/fuel ratio. As Magno-Flo uses more air subseqently your on board computer thinks you are using more fuel.
Is Magno-Flo just a pair of magnets?
These are specifically designed to condition the fuel to its optimum effect. This technology has been developed over the last 18 years and has been proven through scientific trials at the Bolton Institute of Engineering to work.
What makes Magno-Flo unique over other fuel saving devices?

Will it work on fuels other than petrol?
Yes, it will work on petrol, diesel and natural gas. Tests are ongoing on LPG and bio fuels.
Can I install Magno-Flo?
Yes, as Magno-Flo comes with fitting instructions but we recommend professional fitting due to the complexity of modern vehicles and the bewildering amount of pipes under the bonnet.
Can I install Magno-Flo on a metal fuel line?
Yes, if this is the pipe between the fuel pump and the common rail. If fitting prior to the fuel pump Magno-Flo will only work on plastic or rubber pipes on non-ferrous metal pipe.
Do I need more than one Magno-Flo unit for fuel injected systems?
No, on cars and vans Magno-Flo has been specifically designed to effect change utilising just one unit. This is why it is imperative that the unit is correctly fitted.
How soon should I expect results?
Because every vehicle is different, we can only tell you what we have learned from our experience. The majority of people see a difference almost immediately with the rest noticing improved efficiency after no more than 3 tank fulls of fuel.
How much improvement can I expect?
This depends on the size and type of the engines, mode of driving, city or motorway driving, long distance or short plus seasonal and weather conditions. Fuel savings between 10% + 23% have been reported. In addition, many customers report increased performance, easier starting, smoother running and a lower operating temperature of the engine.
Are there any cases whereby after installation, no affects are seen?
This can happen. Usually where the vehicle is subject to poor maintenance as Magno-Flo requires clean air and fuel filters. Also if the unit is fitted incorrectly there will be a decrease in the effect or none at all if fitted on the wrong pipe. For this reason we recommend professional fitting. Another instance where it may appear you have no savings, is when your on board computer is used to determine the MPG. The on board computer uses air mass/fuel ratio calculations, but as Magno-Flo has a high air mass/fuel ratio this will show little or no change in MPG. Please refer to the test section for correct method of determining your MPG.
Do I need to adjust my carburettor?
No, you should not have to make any adjustments to see the improvement as long as the engine was well tuned in the first place.
How Magno-Flo works?
Magno-Flo works at the molecular level of the fuel where it conditions the fuel to burn more efficiently.
Why can’t the fuel companies pre-treat the fuel before we buy it?
Unused fuel remains treated for only a short time. As it leaves the influence of a magnetic field, the beneficial condition is quickly lost. That’s why the process has to happen immediately before the fuel is ignited!

What is Magno-Flo’s life span?
Magno-Flo properly fitted will last not only the lifetime of your present vehicle, but can be removed and fitted onto any subsequent vehicle.
Is there anything I need to do after the installation of Magno-Flo?
No, but it is essential for you to maintain your vehicle at its normal service intervals in order to achieve the full benefits of Magno-Flo.
After installation, will Magno-Flo affect or damage my vehicle performance?
No, in most cases customers have found an increase in torque, quietening and less omissions.
What is a hydrocarbon?
Hydrocarbon is a chemical compound composed of carbon and hydrogen. It is distilled from crude oil to make many forms of fuel such as gasoline, diesel oil, paraffin etc.
Will Magno-Flo™ affect my car's warranty?
Magno-Flo's™ units are designed to condition your fuel to enable a more efficient burn. Therefore it is the fuel we change not the car.
How do I measure the benefits?
There are many ways that you can measure the benefits. A lot of modern cars have on board computers that give you the mpg, but these are not always accurate. The best way is to reset your odometer when you fill your tank, use the car until almost empty, then divide number of miles travelled by number of gallons used to fill your tank back to full. (there are 4.55 litres of fuel in a gallon).
My diesel engine has improved economy and performance, why is it running warmer?
If your diesel engine is running warmer it indicates your Fuel Filter needs replacing.
I have basic or no mechanical knowledge, how easily is a Magno-Flo™ unit fitted?
Magno-Flo's™ units although easy to fit with no alteration to your car or its components. We recommend that it is professionally fitted as it won't work if fitted onto the wrong fluid pipe.
